An autistic girl named Mia struggles to fit in at school. She uses her headphones to block out bullying, and expresses herself anonymously through singing and songwriting as the viral singer Elle-Q. Then Mia and her best friend Charlie have the chance to perform live, and Mia must decide if she's brave enough to speak up.
