When Joe Pidge, a wise-cracking pigeon, meets an alien named Pluto Rocket, his world will never be the same. Pluto has come to Earth on a special mission to learn about what the neighborhood is really like. Lucky for her, Joe is the self-appointed King of the Neighborhood, and he's happy to show her around.
