Badger is quite happy living alone and doing his important rock work, but when Skunk shows up on his doorstep and says that he's Badger's new roommate, Badger has no choice but to let him in since Skunk was sent by Badger's Aunt Lula. Badger's life is turned upside-down: messes aren't cleaned up, Badger's box room is turned into Skunk's room, chickens invade the house, and Badger gets sprayed by Skunk. But after Badger drives Skunk away, he realizes that he misses his new friend and tries to make amends.
