Last time they clashed, Dog Man's latest evil villains Crunky, Bub, and Piggy--a gorilla, alligator, and pig respectively--had been shrunk to the size of real fleas to match the name they gave themselves as a group of evil villains: the Fleas. They could be hiding anywhere, but when Dog Man goes searching he ends up getting framed and going to jail.
