DJ Funkyfoot has a new job as a butler for President Horse, the president of the United States, but he realizes his new job is going to be more complicated than he expected. The president is supposed to sign a peace treaty with Wingland, otherwise Wingland and the United States will go to war. But President Horse refuses to do so until he gets to play mini-golf. So, it's up to DJ Funkyfoot to get the president to finish playing mini-golf on time and sign the treaty.
