Jewish cousins Noah and Nora have a competition--living in New York and New Zealand, respectively, one of them has Hanukkah in summer and the other in winter, so the cousins want to know which of them have the best Hanukkah traditions. As the eight days go on, however, it becomes harder for them to know which is best.
