Shawn and Kat are excited to take care of their friend's dog Storm for two weeks. Storm is super friendly, and she's really good at tricks. But when it starts raining nonstop, the kids discover that Storm loves to play in the mud. Every time they try to take Storm outside and keep her clean, she always manages to wind up a muddy mess. Shawn gets an idea to use an old raincoat, and the kids may be able to finally keep Storm from getting dirty.
