Louie Ratso is asked by popular kid Chuck Wood to help him get the attention of Fluffy Rabbitski, but Project Fluffy fails because all Fluffy cares about is her garden. Meanwhile, Ralphie Ratso is upset Louie is spending all his time with Chuck. In the end, Chuck learns the right way to get a girl's attention and Ralphie finds a way to tell his brother he misses him.
