After a boy moves to a new house, he's nervous to start over at a new school. But when he gets on the bus, he's surprised to find it filled with puppies. The boy arrives at Puppy School where his first class teaches rolling over, the lunchroom serves kibble, and the toilet is a fire hydrant. With the support of his canine classmates, the boy gets over his fear of starting at a new school.
