The Garbage Pail Kids--Brainy Janey, Cranky Frankie, Adam Bomb, Babbling Brooke, Junkfood John, Luke Puke, Wacky Jackie, Rob Slob, Nervous Rex, and Handy Sandy--may come across as weird and gross and also slobby and strange, but they just don't know any better. That doesn't stop Penny and Parker Perfect, parents of Peter and Patty Perfect, from suspecting that the Garbage Pail Kids are living in a house with no parents at all.
