Each device provides lighted LED displays, a specific number of buttons and excellent recording quality. The display areas can be changed and buttons combined to increase touch area. The touch membrane is sensitive and this sensitivity can be altered with a plastic inset. The devices can be accessed by individuals who scan by providing visual scan option (red LED light). For scanners, Auditory cues are available on the larger MessageMates (20 and 40) by recording a separate audio cue for each message. The smaller MessageMate (Mini) have 8 switch jacks for switch access to individual recordings for individual or group use. These are very durable devices.
